SchoolKonnect provides a communication platform for schools to broadcast updates, track student attendance, share report cards, and manage school calendars. We facilitate the delivery of these updates via SMS and WhatsApp.

2. School Responsibilities

• Schools are responsible for ensuring they have parental consent to send updates and alerts via the platform.
• Schools must maintain accurate student and parent contact information within the system.
• Schools agree to use the platform only for educational and school-related communications.

3. Prohibited Content

The platform must not be used to send content that is illegal, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise violates the rights of any individual. We reserve the right to suspend any account found to be in violation of this policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% reliability, SchoolKonnect is not liable for any delays or failures in message delivery due to network issues with third-party SMS or WhatsApp providers. We provide the service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered school administrators via the portal or email.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our principal place of business.
